i remember about the same time two years ago. i had my crystal case for my n80 weeks before the phone was actually delivered. hahaha! the height of excitement.

Here comes a jam packed train...

Passenger 1: Go! Go! Go!
Passenger 2: Eh sa ayaw naming sumakay e.
Passenger 3 while looking toward the direction of Passenger 1, moves aside.
Passenger 1 to Passenger 3: Why don't you go? (in an irritating tone and accent I tell yah!)
Passenger 3: Why don't YOU go? (with emphasis on you)
Passenger 1: Eh you're blocking the way eh. (in the same tone and accent)
Passenger 3: I'm too tiny to have blocked your way. There, I'm giving you the way.
Passenger 1: Eh no more na... (ganun pa rin ang tono nya. you would be reminded of the line "let's make tusok-tusok na the fishball" of the 80s)

Tahimik ulit ang lahat...

Passenger 3: (Looking toward the direction of Passenger 1) You wanna GO? GO!
Passenger 1: (While squeezing herself in the impenetrable crowd inside the train) ANTIPATIKA...

Passenger 2: Atribida! (Sabay tingin at ngiti kay Passenger 3)
Passenger 3: (Thinking) Ngayon lang ulit pumasok linya nya (referring to Passenger 2)? Hahaha! Where have you been all this time?

Here comes another train. Lo and behold! It's a "skip" train. Harharhar! C'mon everyone! Puede pa tayo mag-ballroom!

Gas

It seems like I'm getting used to commuting to and from work everyday, and actually enjoying it. Gone are the days when I used to be so dependent on my car. Galit-galit muna kaming dalawa. I've realized that I have been taking public transport for a couple of months now. Wow! That must be a lot of savings on gas. Though there are times when I really need to kiss and make up with my sweety again. When I've got loads of stuff to carry, or have the PRINCESS with me. That makes me conscious again of every step on the gas that I make. More rollbacks please?

For the First Time in Greece

I saw a movie a few days ago with a friend. It's a movie that you would probably think is not a material for someone my age. At least, that's what my nephew was saying. "Pang-bagets daw". And he was probably right. Hehehe. Keber. First and foremost, I really wanted to see the female lead on the big screen. Of course kasama na dun ang iba't-ibang bagay that others look forward to when watching romantic movies. Apart from those reasons, I wanted to see Greece or at least a small part of it. Kahit sa screen lang. The view of the sunset over the caldera was breathtaking. And anyone who sees it would probably wish he was there at that moment. I did.
